During the week of 31 October to 29 November the coordinators meet in Rota Spain.

Aleksandra Chołoniewska (Poland), Zofia Ruszkowska (Poland), Lidia Nistor (Rumania), Mihaela Rodica Preda (Rumania), Rosa Marcela Gallegos Reyes (Spain) and Carmen Ruiz-Mateos Lobato (Spain).

The Greek coordinators could not attend the meeting.
